Unglue the tablet and phone from your child’s hands this Summer!
I’m really looking forward to this years summer Camp! We are debuting our new fitness class, Kickbox Fitness for kids! What make this class so cool is the kids will feel like they are playing instead of training. The class has obstacle courses that include running jumping, rolling, punching, kicking and laughing! In addition to the Kickbox Fitness for kids we will also be teaching martial arts and COBRA Self-Defense for kids! Plus field trips to swim, play sports, roller skate and bowl.

Here is our Summer Schedule:
Monday: Drop off as early as 7:30am, Kickbox Fitness For Kids at 9:30am, Lunch and a movie time at 12:noon, Martial arts Class and COBRA Self Defense at 2:00pm, pick up between 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Tuesday: Field Trip Day Drop off as early as 7:30am, games and activities until time to go on field trip, back in time for pick up between 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Wednesday: Drop off as early as 7:30am, Kickbox Fitness For Kids at 9:30am, Lunch and a movie time at 12:noon, Martial arts Class and COBRA Self Defense at 2:00pm, pick up between 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Thursday: Field Trip Day, Drop off as early as 7:30am, games and activities until time to go on field trip, back for pick up between 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Friday: Drop off as early as 7:30am, Kickbox Fitness For Kids at 9:30am, Lunch and a movie time at 12:noon, Martial arts Class and COBRA Self Defense at 2:00pm, pick up between 4:00pm – 5:30pm
We want to keep the kids busy but at the same time allow for some down time. Down time is when we watch a movie or play four square and other games including board games. We do allow the kids to have their phone for communication with family. But we do try to discourage them from playing on their phone and encourage them to play with each other. We want the kids to engage with each other, make friends and truly have a memorable summer.
